“I have purchased a few dolls from Petalina. They are all beautiful and the customer service was great. My only complaint is that the postage to Ireland was very expensive.”

Thank you very much for your review and for your comments. It's good to hear that your are pleased with the dolls and the service. I agree that postage to Ireland is expensive. This really frustrates me as it isn't as if you are very far away! For Northern Ireland we used to use First Class Post for larger parcels but Royal Mail's review of prices a couple of years ago ended that, so now we have to use our courier for larger parcels all across Ireland and they are expensive for us to use so we just pass the cost. In time. as Petalina grows, we should achieve better and better pricing which would bring our charges down. Thanks again, Cate

“I bought denim jeggings and a heart design teeshirt as a birthday present for my granddaughters doll. I phoned to ask advice for a very quick delivery as this was a last minute present idea . Petalina didn't let me down. I was also given excellent advice about the correct size to buy for the Jessica doll, so my granddaughter wasn't disappointed . She was delighted with the clothes - she found it very easy to dress her doll with these clothes . They are well made and looked very stylish ! They haven't been washed yet so can't comment on that aspect . Do hope they won't shrink as they are quite tight fitting . Will certainly buy from Petalina again.”

“I cannot say how impressed I have been with Petalina. Orders are dispatched quickly, nicely presented and well packaged. I have found that customer service has been excellent, with any questions answered speedily and I love the choice of dolls, clothes and accessories. If you are looking for something a little more special than the dolls normally found on the High Street, then look no further - Petalina will surely have that special something that you need!”

“Bought the Jessica doll for a Christmas present for my niece so can't say at present what the doll is like yet but looks great and I'm sure my niece Jessica will love it. But as for the order it was really quick to arrive can't wait till she receives it .”

“I have now purchased 3 dolls through PETALINA which in itself should tell you how happy I am with their service. The dolls came promptly and well packed. I am an overseas buyer. The only down side, and it's not Petalinas fault but the shipping company's, is the tracking system doesn't work very well at all. I will however continue to buy through PETALINA as they have a marvellous selection and their customer service is brilliant.”

“I had some difficulty while getting my doll but Cate was wonderful and I felt heard and cared for and that my concerns were valid. In the end my daughter and I got a doll we love very much. Bless you Cate. Thank you for everything”

“I recently purchased a Antonio Juan Newborn Nica doll and a Wooden ' doll 2 in 1 cradle for my granddaughters Christmas present. The speed and quality of delivery was excellent. While only seeing the doll inside the box I am sure she will be thrilled with her gift. The doll's cradle appears to be a sturdy construction and splendid design , the newborn baby should have a wonderful place to sleep. Christmas should be a really happy time for my precious granddaughter.”

“Could not be more impressed with the service, delivery and packaging. Found the website very easy to navigate with lots of photographs and helpful descriptions on size and suitability. This helped us to choose a beautiful Gotz doll for our daughter's birthday. I was worried it was a little late for delivery, so emailed Petalina, the doll arrived very very quickly, carefully packaged up with the extras we had ordered neatly inside the box which was wrapped up in pink tissue paper with a little bow. Our daughter loves her doll which is excellent quality. Will definitely use Petalina again and would recommend to others.”

“Excellent service from Petalina. I called them from Dubai a few days before my daughter's birthday with an urgent request for a doll and it was delivered within a few days. The lady I spoke to when I placed my order was extremely helpful, going though the options with me over the phone, to help me identify the perfect doll for my daughter. I would highly recommend Petalina and will definitely be buying from them again. Oh.... and my daughter absolutely loved her doll! Thanks guys!”
