“I love Petalina's website, particularly the organization and the descriptions of how the clothes and accessories fit the different dolls. When I ordered, I received my box in good time here in the US for very reasonable shipping, and the products are wonderful.”

“We cannot find the beautiful Sylvia Natterer dolls in the US and I am so pleased that Petalina makes it so easy to place online orders and to receive the dolls so quickly. Tatiana is just darling and her outfit is amazing. The doll is wonderfully made with the sweetest expression. You will not be disappointed with the quality of this doll. “Petalina has always made my shopping experience special. The customer service is outstanding and processing and shipping timing is very fast. I shop from the US as Petalina carries many products that are not available here. The international shipping charge is very reasonable and totally worth the service you receive. “The merchandise is top notch and communication is direct. All in all the experience felt very comfortable, friendly. “I haven't opened the parcel yet as its been bought for Nanny to give to my daughter. But the order process was simple and the speed of delivery better than expected. Lots of communication and last order I was very happy with the product. Only complaint would be the cost of postage on already fairly expensive items.”

Thank you for your review Lisa of Petalina. I do hope your daughter was thrilled once Nanny had arrived. We too wish postage costs were lower. Sadly the £3.99 you paid just covers the cost of sending and we cover the cost of packing and packing materials ourselves. We are constantly looking at best delivery methods for value and service and wish we could cover these too but sadly as we are a small business we are just unable to make this viable. “I have been shopping from Petalina for a while now and they are just wonderful! A great choice of dolls (most not available in shops or from other online retailers, such as Amazon), excellent customer service and fast delivery. I cannot fault them. I actually ordered my daughter a doll which came into stock on the 23rd December and it arrived on Christmas Eve! I highly recommend Petalina for all doll lovers.”

“Incredibly fast service. The goods were delivered in excellent condition, to Adelaide Australia within, I think, 11 days from the date of the order. I was so impressed with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to re-order through your company. Your website was easy to navigate, and the selection available was the only concern.....too much to choose from (just kidding...gorgeous selection).”

“I had ordered Charlotte by Goetz. When she did not arrive in scheduled time, I contacted the store because the link did not give me updated tracking info. When a month had past, Cate told me that delivery was attempted and to go to my local post office. But I had no notification. I went, and she was there. The updates and patience were really helpful. The doll was packed well and is perfect.”
