“My daughter was delighted with her doll and horse. The website was clear and easy to browse. Your delivery cost were easy to calculate on the website for areas outside uk mainland. It was carefully packaged and couldn't fault your service or the product.”

We are always looking to get best value for using couriers to the Islands but it is very hard with the high costs of transportation to these areas. “My granddaughter was so happy with her doll for her birthday.She loved it,she said Nanny it looks like a real baby.best dolls I have ever seen,beautiful acessories.will be ordering again soon for my other granddaughter.Also because I ordered two separate orders,you put them together and refunded me one postage,brilliant,thank you.”

“I wanted to ensure that the Gotz doll we ordered arrived in time for Christmas. We are currently abroad so I could get a shipping company to get the doll to us. I needed to make sure that the doll was not delayed in any way. I telephoned Petalina and the lady was very helpful and made sure that the Gotz doll was despatched that same day by courier to the shipping company. We received the doll the following week, thanks. The Gotz doll lived up to our expectations and we had an extremely happy young girl on Christmas day.”

“My granddaughter was delighted with the clothes for her Hannah doll which were delivered on time and presented well. I would just add that I found them overpriced for what they are and almost more expensive than clothes of the same type for my 6 year old granddaughter herself! In spite of this she was very happy!”

Hello Penny, thank you for your review. Yes I agree that the clothes can be quite expensive but they are miniature replicas of the real thing so they take just as much making as full sized clothes (and having made both childrens clothes and dolls clothes myself, I know that some aspects of the small size make them more difficult to make than full size), and it is the labour that costs rather than the fabric. As a Mum myself I am fully aware of the pricing issue and we try to be very competitive, but at least Gotz is a premium product that your granddaughter will be able to enjoy for years to come. Thanks again for ordering. And did you open an account so that you have loyalty points that you can use as a discount next time??

“After hours of searching for a baby doll for my 2 year from Santa might I add, I finally decided on a beautiful baby boy doll from Petalina. My 2 year old wasn't disappointed. My experience with Petalina was very professional from start to finish. A very well run company who I will be using again in the future.”

“I have been lucky enough to have three Granddaughters and so have been able to justify my love of beautiful dolls. Petalina has been my only go to website since I discovered it five or six years ago. Petalina has the most amazing choice of dolls for every age of child. The dolls accessories are beautiful. I look forward to birthdays and Christmas but all year my six year old Granddaughter loves to scan the website and make a wish list so I never have a shortage of present ideas. I find the website easy to use. If I have ever needed help it is very easy and I have had a helpful response immediately. The purchasing couldn't be easier and delivery is always prompt and the packages beautifully wrapped. The only problem I see is my Granddaughters will eventually grow up and I won't have an excuse to indulge in my love of dolls.”

“We ordered from Petalina and our doll arrived promptly and as described. Our daughter has not shown an interest in the doll but that is no fault of the company. It was easy to order and we have no complaints about the service. If our daughter decides she likes her new doll we would not hesitate to buy other products from here.”

“Absolutely delighted with my purchase from Petalina. I placed my order and received my doll the following day so I would have it for Christmas. Such a thoughtful thing to do as I was late ordering and did not expect to receive it the next day. 5* service would definitely recommend. Beautiful doll too ????”
