“Petalina took the trouble to go through all the ordering process on the telephone whilst i was ordering online i was unsure what to do the lady stayed on the phone the whole time i filled in the online order form nothing was to much trouble.Next day the order arrived quick efficient service.Thankyou.”

“I ordered both a beautiful Doll and Pram from Petalina....Could not believe how quick i received my order! It arrived the very next day by Interlink! My 3yr old Grand-Daughter Olivia Daisy was very pleased when she seen it on Christmas morning....Both items were stunning! I will now continue to buy the lovely outfits for her new dolly, They all look gorgeous....Thanks again Petalina....Great Quality, Great Service....x”

“Exceptionally good service. I had a problem with my initial order (faulty goods - wasn't a fault of the shop at all). This was dealt with immediately, without complaint and with lots of personal service. Highly recommend.”

“My daughter absolutely loves her Gotz doll and I am really impressed with the quality and detail to the doll, clothes and accessories. Ordering was easy, with the clothes and accessories sorted by doll size. Delivery was prompt and nicely packaged. Overall very impressed and one very happy little girl.”
