“This was my first order with Petalina but definitely won't be the last. I had excellent service - Cate even emailed me to make absolutely sure I was aware that the doll I was ordering had a slightly damaged box, even though she had clearly stated this in the description. I was notified when the doll was going to arrive and she was very securely packaged.”

“i sat with my grand daughter for hours looking through your dolls, and every doll that she chose and wanted for christmas was out of stock!! ,we went through the whole of your collections, and all your cats and dolls one by one were unavailable, and at this time of the year,its appauling and, tottaly unacceptable,as a regular customer i am very dissapointed,and it has put me off from shopping from you again.we chose valentina at the end,because there was nothing else worth looking at or buying,all these dolls have been out of stock for a long time now, as i regularly check your website,and iam afraid not unless you bring them back in stock,i wont be shopping from you again,as i have found a website which has them in stock,”

Hello there, I agree it's a shame that the Kidz 'n' Cats dolls haven't been available all year. The makers kept promising that they would arrive but they just didn't. We ordered in February and the first delivery came in September and all of them were found to be faulty due to the appalling condition of the wigs. Once this problem was discovered we made the decision not to sell them and they have all now been returned to the suppliers. We made this clear on the website on both blog posts and on the Kidz 'n' Cats page header because so many people were wanting them and I felt that leaving them on the website would be more informative than taking them off. Next year we are assured that we will receive supplies very early on which will be back to their usual quality. The issue was with the hair which is very very poor. Please be warned before purchasing from other suppliers that ALL of the 2016 collection are affected but you may be able to find some from previous collections that are OK. We have also decided not to carry any more of the Maru and Friends collection due to the ridiculous pricing thanks to the exchange rate. You were lucky to get Valentina as she is a very special doll. I can only assume, this being your third order, that you have been happy with the service provided by Petalina. Please don't blame us for manufacturer disasters. We are also here to help and could have easily given you this information by email or phone if you had asked. Thanks again for your order, and have a lovely Christmas.

“My grandaughter, (age 7), had just achieved her yellow karate belt so Karate Lottie was a perfect gift. Unfortunately, she dropped her at a Christmas village and loved her so much she is now saving for another Lottie. Lovely doll for girls who want a more interesting doll. Petalina were great to deal with, very prompt with delivery and even sent a small gift. Highly recommended.”

“I just love shopping at Petalina. Items always arrive packed up with pretty paper and arrive so fast either by royal mail or courier. The items stocked are always great quality so are obviously chosen carefully. If ever I need to speak to them, the customer service is outstanding. Above and beyond is how I would sum them up.”
