“Shipping to the US was fast. The doll was packaged very nicely. The price was great and the brush as a free gift was a great surprise. Your website is set up beautifully. I am very very happy with my purchase and will be back! (soon)”

“I purchased a doll for my recently widowed 82yrs old mother. She loves it and has called the doll Martha. I had the doll sent to me in Hertfordshire and travelled with it to Lincolnshire when I visited my mum last week. It was beautifully packaged. I would recommend your website to others. I was kept fully informed of the delivery date and the doll arrived on time. I first found the site when I was looking for an older doll for my two grandaughters. They have lots of baby dolls but I was looking for something a little different. I will certainly be looking again nearer their birthdays.”

“I live in the United States and was a little leery of purchasing dolls from out of the country. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. Throughout the process I was kept informed of what was occurring. The only thing I had an issue with was the tracking function. I never was sure where my package was once it arrived stateside. But, it arrived and the dolls were in perfect shape. Just love the Gotz Happy Kidz dolls. Thank you Petalina.”

Many thanks for your review and for choosing Petalina. You were actually one of our first customers to use our new international courier we are currently trialling and as is typical there were teething issues with the tracking in the US for these early parcels.
