“Firstly my doll was on discount! the ease of ordering and the very speedy delivery. She was packaged very well indeed and arrived in perfect condition. Hannah is every bit as beautiful in real life as she is on the website. She was purchased for me and I am very happy with her.”

“I have made (6) purchases from Petalina and each has greatly exceeded my expectations! In my opinion it is the best resource for buying dolls and their accessories. The dolls I purchased and the clothes I purchase to go with them, were all so well made. The quality is wonderful. I have recommended Petalina to all my friends who are wondering what to get their children, and/or grandchildren, especially if they are looking for something that is special and different than what they could find locally.”

“From tart to finish your web site is so user friendly. Your selection of dolls is the best! Customer service is excellent. I have always gotten a prompt e-mail response to all of my questions. My purchases have to be shipped overseas. Everything is well packed and shipping costs are reasonable. Thank you foe such a great shop.”

“I ordered at 10:46 on Thursday the confirmation email came through at 10:49. I paid for Next Day Delivery. The cut off time for next day was 11am. Items were despatched on Friday, not delivered until Monday and no reason given, no apology, no refund for the additional postage I paid for. A very unhappy 2 year old who didn't receive the gift she was promised on Sunday. Disappointing service.”

Hello Ruth, once again please accept our apologies for failing to get your order out on Thursday, as now, having spoken to you on the phone, I realise how important that gift was!! I have refunded the next day shipping charge as promised and put a discount for next time in your account. I have taken the issue up with the warehouse to find out why they didn't dispatch your order on the day they received it, because by doing so, they have let both of us down, and receiving your review was the first we knew of the problem. I appreciate you were going to call but you were somewhat busy, but had you been able to we would have rectified the matter immediately. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and congratulations on your new addition to the family! Cate

“I have bought from this site on many occasions. It is user friendly, easy to use, and well-designed. The service is impeccable, with everything carefully wrapped in pink tissue paper. I have never had less than 100% satisfaction and would not hesitate to recommend Petalina to anyone.”

“My experience in purchasing a doll for my grandaughter was positive in all ways. It did have a long way to travel, all the way to Australia, but Cate was so responsive to my questions, and concerns and the doll arrived safe and sound. I will certainly shop with Petalina again.”
