“I struggled to find a doll that I liked for my daughters 1st birthday and finally found the most perfect Corolle doll at Petalina. It came on next day delivery after the bank holiday and is a truly beautiful doll. I was really impressed with the speedy delivery time and delivery slot. Great service and beautiful product. Thank you for your review of Petalina. We are sorry to hear your parcel did not arrive in perfect condition, but are pleased Hannah was ok. We will review our packaging for this doll again for international orders. The doll boxes themselves have a vast amount of clear plastic which is sometimes very hard to protect with the amount of handling they get but this should not have happened. I hope the free hairbrush went some way to making it up to you. Kind Regards Cate.

“My granddaughter was delighted with the ethnic Baby doll. Everyone says how beautifully made she is. Just the right size of 3-5 year old. Can I suggest a blue clothed doll for the future?”

Thank you so much for your review. We are pleased to hear your granddaughter loved her doll. Calin was the first doll I bought for my daughter. She's still got it and she's now 12! There is a Calin Sky doll which is dressed in blue but sadly not an ethnic one. We do try and stock a multitude of coloured outfits, but it is a fact that the pink ones seem to sell so much better. “When I saw the doll I liked before Christmas it was out of stock. I was offered notification when it was re-stocked which I accepted, thinking that that would be the last I heard of it. However, a few weeks ago I received the e-mail as promised and I ordered and have now received a beautiful baby doll for my granddaughter's 1st birthday gift. Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was very speedy, the packaging was excellent and the doll is truly lovely. I hadn't heard anything of Petalina before finding it during an online search but, as a very satisfied customer, I will be returning in the future.”
