“My niece lost her favorite Corolle doll. I found a replacement easily on the Petalina website and it arrived promptly. She was so happy to have her 'baby' back.”

“I was delighted with the doll that I chose for my granddaughter. She is lovely and I am sure she will be loved and played with for many years. I am also very impressed with the level of customer service that I received from Petalina Ltd. The team were extremely helpful in sourcing additional outfits for the doll answering my queries promptly and delivering my parcel quickly. Excellent customer service, thank you.”

“I came across Petalina via a Google search for an OG item. There selection and prices are great. The item arrived extremely quickly and well packaged. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Thank you, I have a happy daughter and I'm a happy mum! :)”

“Great experience purchasing from this store, outstanding/ reliable customer service, addressed all of my questions in a timely manner. Since I was ordering from the US I wasn't sure how long shipping would take, and I have to say shipping was fast, about a week from purchase to receiving the dolls. The dolls are exactly as described, high quality, beautiful dolls, some of which are hard to find. Absolutely love all my purchases from Petalina and will happily buy from this store again.”

Hi there, thank you very much for leaving a review and letting us know that your granddaughter loves her new dolly. Hearing that is why we are here so it is always lovely to know. I agree it's good advice to others to order early, but despite you ringing to place an order at the last minute after our advertised cut off time for next day delivery, we rang the warehouse to ensure your order was sent regardless of the time which they did without question, and your order was delivered by DPD on the next working day as promised. Perhaps you mean that the delivery arrived a bit late in the day on the day of delivery? Unfortunately, we don't have any control over that as the driver sets his route according to his deliveries, so it's luck of the draw. But we bent over backwards to make sure your parcel was sent out immediately despite missing our advertised deadlines. Thanks again, Cate

“I ordered a Gotz Hannah from Petalina to be delivered to Canada. The price of the doll and shipping were excellent and it arrived in only 1 week. The doll is absolutely beautiful and will be modelling handmade clothes in my Etsy Shop. Thanks to Petalina for great service. Joan”

“First of all, the website is beautiful and easy to navigate and find information. I ordered from the United States, the prices were the lowest of any others, and that's even with very reasonable shipping costs to the US. My order took 15 days to arrive when it was all said and done, however by day 14 I was curious as to how long it would be. After emailing Cate, her responses were within minutes, was extremely pleased with the customer service aspect as well. Low and behold, Gotz Precious Day Elisabeth (2016) showed up the next day, packaged well and just how I expected her, and also included a free hairbrush due to a promotion they were having. This version of her with this face mold, and oh so adorable outfit, is not available here in the US, so took a chance and ordered from Petalina. I now have a wishlist and will order again! Highly Recommend!”
