“I love Petalina! I am from the US and as a doll collector, I visit many online doll shops around the world. The only one I've ever ordered fron outside of the US is Petalina and I recently placed my fourth order there. I couldn't be more pleased with the products, prices, packaging and the wonderful customer service.”

“Delightful website. Very moreish! Delivery next day. Granddaughter estactic. Beautiful doll. Only problem: didn't take out of box, just wrapped. Difficult extraction with so many wires - took her father 10 mins, so suggest removing first from feet, hands, neck, back etc. Otherwise perfect.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for Petalina and we are pleased you like our next day delivery service which is quite new to us. I agree that it does take a little time to undo all the wires. However, I actually wish all our suppliers would secure the dolls in their boxes as well as Gotz do because you would be amazed at how many dolls get bumped inside the boxes and don't arrive perfect. “My first purchase from Petalina was promptly shipped and arrived well packed on 5th July. My questions were answered by Cate within a few hours, which I thought was quite amazing considering the time difference. I love the doll I purchased she is exceptionally well made and dressed.
