“I purchased a new Kidz N Cats Laura and she is so wonderful! I am very pleased with her! She poses so well, and is so well made , and so beautiful! I will treasure her always! Petaline is an excellent to site to purchase from. I feel very confident purchasing from them, knowing that my doll will be inspected before sending it to me. I am confident that Petalina only sells the best of dolls and doll products. Customer service and communication are top notch, and I feel that they truly care about their customers and products.”

“Petalina obviously loves what it does - and so it should: its products are gorgeous. The prices are excellent, the service careful and speedy. My main reason for buying from them is the range of gorgeous dolls.”

“Excellent service from Cate at Petalina. Problems sorted out quickly and notified me by telephone. Parcel was sent and arrived in NYC within a couple of days. Wonderful choice of dolls and accessories as well. My grandchildren were thrilled with their birthday presents.”

“Cate and her Team offer a highly satisfying service! An appealing, very intuitive website, with an extensive personaly chosen range of quality Dolls and accesories are irresistible to encounter. Regular specials, loyalty rewards and reliable communication clinches the deal! Then with careful attention to packing instructions and incredilbly fast shipping, Petalina has been a delight to deal with. I have lost count of how many times I have returned to Petalina, (I don't think my husband has!) each time as excited as the first! One occasion of a faulty doll was handled with absolute responsibility on their part and resolved with complete satisfaction. “I recently purchased a Gotz doll for my daughters 5th Birthday and I found that Petalina had the best range at the best prices, the shipping took a week to arrive to Australia with no breakage to the doll or its packaging. I'm very impressed! Great service, Thank you Petalina”

“This doll is for my great granddaughter for Christmas she is going to love it the doll is beautiful with extras bottle change of clothes blanket nappy set is beautiful and well made delivery was fast not taken doll out of box as is a gift but very happy with it.”
