“Recent experience with Petalina and comparison with some other doll shops has made me realize Petalina's is the best!! Customer service from start to finish is A+++. Communication is great and speedy. My package arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. The prices are more reasonable at Petalina than at most shops which is much appreciated. I will be going back to them for my next doll purchase for sure.”

“Yet again, outstanding service from Petalina. Website is easy to navigate with amazing descriptions of each product which is helpful when there are so many beautiful things to choose from. Order was promptly dispatched. Order arrived well packaged in a discreet box (perfect for hiding from inquisitive children). Once we opened outer box, all gifts were beautifully packaged. I love browsing this website for gifts for my girls and I would recommend to anyone. I have a feeling I'll be purchasing again before Christmas. Thanks again.”

“When I contacted Petalina and spoke to Cate about the possibility of obtaining a wooden cradle which was no longer shown on their website for my granddaughter, I was unaware of the efforts she and her team would take to make a little girl happy. This is the second time I have brought presents for my grandchildren from Petalina and I cannot fault them for the care , effort and consideration they put in to fulfil my requests. The dolls and doll furniture they stock are of excellent quality along with their speed of delivery. A big thankyou to everyone at Petalina .”

“I had a great experience with Petalina. I ordered the antonia juan sleepy bimba rosa and she is a beauty. I was unsure of size of clothes and if doll would be suitable for my 3 yr old so sent an email and was guided through my choices and the outfit i wanted was tried on the doll for me. I received my order very quickly and when you open it you just know its special in its beautiful box. Im already looking at dolls for daughters birthday. Think I get as much pleasure from choosing the dolls as she gets playing wit them”

“Petalina is my favorite doll shop! Any question I've ever asked has been answered quickly and efficiently. Shipping costs to the United States are very reasonable, and I generally receive my package within 7-10 days. I love the large selection of beautiful dolls, and the prices just can't be beat! “Kate your representative was very helpful—select a doll. Your Petalina site was easy to navigate and the shipping was incredibly fast to the United States. The doll arrived safely with no issues— wonderful shopping experience and I will be telling friends in a Doll club that I belong to to shop petalina. I will be returning for more. “I had very good advice over the phone before I made my purchase and I am delighted with the doll and horse which have arrived. I know my granddaughter will love them. Delivery was swift and efficient and the parcel arrived exactly when expected.”
