“Peter vardy did their very best to find me my ideal car, the sales man Andrew couldn't be more helpful and made me feel like a friend not just a customer.
The only problem I had was when it came to picking up my car, Andrew was off on holiday and when I was taken out to my car it wasn't in my opinion ready.
There was a cardboard box in the boot, which had the back parcel bits in not fitted, there was a bad scuff on the passenger door and the front alloys looked like it had just done a run from London to Aberdeen.
I took the car away and Andrew phoned me and has promised me he would pick up the car and Mae sure everything would be put right.
I work offshore so it gets picked up on Monday and I'm away, so I'm hoping the professional prepared by Peter vardy sticker on my window is done properly.”

I was very happy with the whole purchase and would certainly use the Peter Vardy again. My only concern was I have yet to receive the Insignia car mats I was promised as they were out of stock and was only given one key for the vehicle, however they are going to source the spare key, otherwise it would have been a 'very good' on the star rating.”
“Went in to look at cars not wanting to sign for anything on the same day. Ended up doing just that and then wanted to cancel as felt I had rushed into making the decision. After speaking with the salesman he managed to get a little more money knocked off which is always good. This helped sway my decision and so bought the car! “We are happy with our new car it was just what we wanted and the service was very quick.
Our only complaint was that we received a phone call on the Friday to tell us that the car was ready to be picked up on the Saturday morning 11.00am and when I asked if they could hold it until Monday,as this was very short notice, I was told that it would cost me £100 extra. I feel that this is not acceptable after all we could have been out of the country and not due back for another week, does this mean that you would have charged us £100 for every 2 days you had to hold the car.
Overall we were very happy with the service and extremely happy with the car.”

As a result the car has been returned to Peter Vardy's for repairs to faults that should have been identified and rectified prior to conclusion of the sale - had the promised level of vehicle inspection been undertaken.”

Stephin was the salesman I bought the car from and he was very friendly and vastly superior to Chris from BMW just along the road, who never kept in contact and vanished after i paid my deposit for a brand new Z4. We still have my number plate cherished transfer to conclude our business. Hopefully in around March he can help my fiancé get a car for herself as she will be in the market for a nearly new sporty car.

“Good friendly service, car was in good condition and seats cleaned etc. good service when picking up the car. Only reason it gets 4 stars as I bought the car Monday, it had to go into the garage Tuesday, then it was back in on Friday which was really disappointing. However, they took in the car as soon as I called it in and were relatively quick I fixing it.”
“Salesman I had was very good and 1st class and explained everything well but the pass over on the day of getting my car wasn't.I had a young guy doing it and I understand that people have to learn but nobody was looking over him making sure he was doing it right and part of my deal was a full tank of petrol and there wasn't and when I explained to the guy he said he knew nothing about it and I was told he did and he said he couldn't get a fuel car to fill it up cause the finance team had the fuel cards and they were closed and he said to me just come back in the next couple of days and I will do it but I was going away and wouldn't manage to come back and then he was made by someone to go and get my car filled up of petrol so all of a sudden he managed to get a fuel card he said that he couldn't get and he didn't look very happy when he came back.He didn't look very sure about the forms to be signed.Then when I was leaving he said I have ur keys here and just need to get key rings for them but that's only if you need them but I had been there for a long time i just wanted home and said its ok i am not worried about key rings.He really looked as though he couldn't be bothered.I asked about a service plan for my car and he said he would get the details from the computer and send me what I needed to get a service plan but I have heard nothing since.Then when I left with my new car I was driving along and found the windscreen washer not to be working very well and I checked it when I got home and found the bottle that holds the windscreen washer was nearly empty after being told the whole car was checked over.Like I say the salesman I got was 1st class but the guy that did the change over was not so good and I have bought Vauxhall cars as both my sons have and I have had recalls on cars and my first car was in 3 times with recalls and was nothing but a nightmare dealing to get it sorted and no one seem to be bothered and I lost money through this and my last Vauxhall was in getting fixed under warranty which went a lot better and staff could not of been more helpful and done everything they could and then I decided I needed a new car and everything went brillant until the day I got my new car and now I am not so sure if I would go back again and the next time I buy a new car I am seriously thinking of going somewhere else.I did go back and explain to the salesman I had and he said anymore problems with anything else just to go back to him but lucky enough there has been no more I have had the car just over a week.”

i see no reason behind this as my son could have been driving longer than his mother
then i got my insurance company to cover when it was being picked up but as he had no documents to prove it he was refused car even when iexplained he was covered
in the end my son had to take your five day cover himself total inconveniance”
