“Very good. Went to look at a car that was already gone however they managed to find what I was looking for very quickly and within budget. Only one small issue for me was not being updated as too when car was arriving etc as had to phone too chase. Apart from that service was very good.”

“The salesman was very nice and helpful. In the day of collecting the car we were a bit disappoined that the car hadn't been cleaned out very well as there was still crisp packets and wrappers still in the glovebox. Also there had bn a sweet of some sort in the back arm rest and it hadn't been cleaned and it was very sticky and difficult to come off.”
“When my Wife and I arrived to look at the used cars we were led to the café for tea/coffee because it was a Saturday and very buisy.Eventually we were introduced to a car salesman and we told him we were looking at a Zafira 13 plate .He was very polite and helpful and showed us inside the car.We also got a test drive and liked the car.We agreed to buy the car and the necessary paperwork was signed.I picked the car up on WEdnesday the following week.The hand over girl was very good.The following day ,Friday,i noticed the car didn't have a wallet with the car info in it and also no roof aerial.I reported this to Kelly and she sent me a new info book/wallet through the post.I spoke to Scott about the aerial but as to date I haven't received one.The overall experience was GOOD but I cannot give you a Very Good for two reasons.1 We were made to wait to see a car salesman[we were on the verge of leaving before the salesman arrived] 2 I feel I am being ignored regarding the roof aerial.”
“I found the the sales exec - Gary Herbert - very helpful and had a good customer experience. He was able to give us an full explanation of the controls etc of the Mokka that we purchased.
When we picked up the car on the 10th April from you we were seen by Kenny Campbell who we found very helpful as well. We also agreed to purchase a service plan via yourselves. We have since received an email with an attachment containing the agreement docs from EMac who advised not to download the attachment until we did a virus check !! I do not intend to download and asked Gary to request EMac to post hard copies of the docs etc to us. I have also sent an email requesting EMac do this. To date and despite Gary's best endeavours we have not had a response from EMac. I am a bit disappointed with this and are considering cancelling the service plan.”
“Waiting about a bit on the day for the finance to go throught. That may have been because my driving licence was out of date. The extras that you have to add on just to get the car up to standard is quite a lot to protect interior and exterior mats,do you not think that should come as standard? also over £600 for a delivery charge seems a lot also.

“Customer service from sales rep was very good.. technical side of things, a few glitches... tyres needed to be inflated immediately after i collected the car, and the tyre pressure sensors are all back to front and showing incorrect on the dash board, other than that level of service has been really good.”
“The only downside of the entire experience was the length of time it took to complete a small repair on the back seat. We took delivery of the car on 20th Feb 2015 and the entire repair wasn't completed until the evening of 19th March 2015. I'm sure you'll agree that length of time is unacceptable.”
