“I picked up my new corsa from the Kirkcaldy branch last week and I have to say I was impressed as my car looked stunning. I purchased my car from Scott, had dealings with Debbie and Mark showed me how everything works in my car. Have to say they all have excellent customer care skills and are a credit to your company.”
“My experience this time was a bit mixed, after making a complaint about my time at a VIP event I was treated really well and given a good deal on the car that we purchased. The staff in the showroom couldn't do enough to try to compensate for the poor VIP experience.
On the Saturday we bought the car I was told I would get a call on the Monday to let us know when the car would be available. I never received a call on the Monday and when I phoned in to the showroom I was on hold for approx five minutes before hanging up.
The following day I did receive a call on my answer service from the sales person letting me know he had been off on the Monday and that everything was okay with the purchase and I would hear in 24 hours when the car could be picked up. This meant it would be four days after buying the car before I would know when it was available.
Thankfully this call came within 24 hours and the car was picked up on the Thursday.
I am extremely happy with the car and the deal I have picked up, but it is the small things that could be done better. The old maxim is under promise and over deliver, the follow up after the sale seemed to be over promise and under deliver.”
“I had a good experience dealing with peter vardy to get my car and I believe the best service was given to me to help me make my choice. I was very satisfied with my dealings with Scot Martain and he was a great help to me. However during the hand over of the car I was not made aware of changes to my deal and this was left unaware to me when I took the car away. Besides this set back it was quickly made up for thanks to Scot and the managers of Peter vardy and for that I am very greatful.”
“I was very impressed with the sales process at Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy.
However, I was very disappointed when I went to collect my new car. The wheel arch at the rear of the car were sticking out and paint was missing.
I have since informed the garage and they are taking steps to rectify this but I will now have to take time out to drop the car off and collect when ready.
How this was missed by staff I have no idea but this has slightly knocked my confidence in buying again with Peter Vardy. I was beginning to think I had finally found a garage that I would repeat buy from.”
“Hand over very drawn out, probably the slowest of any company I have ever dealt with. It would not take much to install laser printer/copiers rather than a member of staff having to run back and forward. It also appears that the various departments do not talk to each other. Not the best experience I have had. Happy enough with salesman Allan.”

“Hi, my initial meeting to look at buying a car was good. I felt they listened to what I was looking for and came up with a deal which suited me.
When I went in to collect the car I was treated well I was taken to a desk to complete the formalities and hand over the keys. I enjoyed the tea /coffee /juice, sandwiches and snack foods which were laid on as part of the celebration.
Only one disappointment no one took me to my car, or shown me any of the controls. Once I was in the car I sat and had a look myself.
Unfortunately I have been unable to set up my I phone sincing it to the car.so have never been able to use it yet. I did call the garage and they said I could bring it in but I work full time and it would mean coming to Aberdeen to have it sorted. I did look on You Tube at the Reg Vardy video for setting up the phone but it would not sinc. Someone was going to send me a video of them doing it. But that has not arrived yet.
All in all a good experience the only disappointment is no follow up on the I-phone situation.

“No issues with the salesman, polite and professional. On day of collecting car had to wait for over an hour as nobody seemed to be aware I had an appointment. When I was seen I was told the car was still to be cleaned an was not ready. No other issues.”

“very friendly and easy going staff. i did feel that the procedure went on to long, spent more time chatting than actualy getting the work done. nice to chat but to much. staff were great during the sale but lacked slightly on the after sale service but still got the job done.”
“I was very pleased with the staff at Peter Vardy. The rep who assisted me was Keith Armstrong. I found him to be helpful, honest and most of all, patient.
I must point out though that the promotional poster in front of the car I bought advertised heated seat and steering wheel. It gave the impression that it was referring to the said car but I must have missed the small print. When the car was handed over to me, very slick and professional process, I realised that the car was missing the high spec advertised on the poster.”
