“We bought a new corsa from this branch of Peter Vardy last summer and having decided to trade in our second family car we did not hesitate to arrange a further meeting with Scott Martin in order to do so. He dealt with the purchase of our first car, and more importantly, he done exactly as we asked, no overselling, we told him our requirements and that's what he provided. There was a hiccup when we came to collect our car, as it wasn't the one we had originally purchased, (Scott was unaware this had happened, therefore we in no way hold him responsible). An amicable agreement was reached whereby we received a goodwill gesture of £200, although I never received the flowers also promised to me by the sales manager. To reiterate, we will be back to use Scott's services in the future and I have already recommended him to collealgues in the past, he is friendly, professional and efficient, an asset to the sales team at Peter Vardy.”
“The customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly and not pushy. All of the the staff were courteous and polite. We were offered coffee and tea several times. I can not fault the sales staff. So will give 5 stars for this. This is the first time I have bought a new car. Alan and Nicky in particular at Perth were very helpful. We noticed as we were inspecting the car that there was a lot of dirt at the window wiper area which was starting to go green, as if the car had been sitting outside for a long time. I have been assured that it was not. Alan quickly took the car back to be cleaned and offered us another valet. I was unable to take him up on his offer at the time. Noticed after we left that the wipers were filthy back and front (baked on). The engine compartment was also dirty. I have spent considerable time polishing the wax off different areas of the car. As it was my first car I am really disappointed, I expected all of the valeting to be spot on. So three stars
Hope the car that my husband is getting through Peter Vardy Motability is better particularly the valeting.
I am disappointed at not been given any of the promotions that were on offer. The explanation was that as I had been given money off the paint that I did not get both. This was supposed to be to help me decide so that I would take the car that was already there. I thought that this was as well as the offer. However on reflection I do not feel that this was explained properly and if I had a choice I certainly would have paid for all of the car paint to get one of the promotional offers. I have not been given holiday vouchers either.”

“Held off writing review until I had experienced your service department. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful - main reception and service reception. Initial problems with warranty now resolved by very friendly and helpful lady - Odafe.
Sales staff very friendly and easy to deal with.
Follow up process bit of a let down. Stop start not working from handover and still not resolved. Still awaiting copy checklist. Slight concerns with car handling - steering etc. Raised with service department staff during follow up text re stop start issue. Awaiting response.
Have never dealt with Peter Vardy so keen to see how issues are resolved.

I have recommended Peter Vardy Aberdeen to everyone I know and have had various comments back including some negative ones that I wanted to share with you, in the hope that you would look into this practice. Several people I know have been called by Peter Vardy and given the "hard sell" as they put it. I genuinely feel that this is not necessary - good service and attention to detail will spread by word of mouth.
I have recommended my car to several people who have commented about this but are apprehensive about coming to you. I have said that this is not something I have experienced personally but hate the thought that someone would go else where to purchase a vehicle for that very reason.”

“We were pleased with our initial salesperson who had a relaxed approach and we did not feel pressured in any way.
We ordered a car from the Perth branch to collect on Friday. However, it arrived later than Peter Vardy had hoped meaning we could not collect it until Saturday. It also meant the car had not been prepared properly. When we collected the car we were very disappointed to find scratches on the body work and also it had not been cleaned to a high standard.
However, the manager was quick to offer a choice of options for us to get the car up to the standard we had been expecting. Everything was resolved within 2 days and we are now very happy with our new car and how the situation was dealt with.
I would recommend that Peter Vardy give themselves enough time to prepare cars which they are receiving from other branches before handing them over to the customer. This will avoid the situation we had above.”
