I was very happy with the service and after negotiations also happy with the exchange value of my own car.

Salesman very helpful and attentive. All staff looked after my needs whilst on premises. The preparation before pick up could have been better as some scratches were noticed on the paintwork and the exterior cleanliness could have been better considering that the paint protection was applied the day before. Overall a good experience will be nice once the scratches issues are resolved.

Rike is a good salesman,very helpful and knowledgeable if there was something he didn't know he asked a more senior salesman to help him out which I thought was good, experience well come.Glen and Ally where very helpful too. Thank you

It was a first class event when I decided to purchase my XF. Delighted with personal service and attention from sales staff. Just as a suggestion and personal opinion, in a "first class" event the general ambient should be more stylish, like when you actually fly first class, with an offer of beverages and hors d'oeuvre, hostess, carpet, music... It looked and felt just like any other day in the office..

Too much time is spent away from the customer! It is ok getting their attention, but this can be lost when the sales people dash away 'to collect the paperwork' and spend ten to fifteen mins getting it. I was on the verge of leaving, this despite the receipt of coffee and sandwiches.

My daughter purchased a Corsa from Peter Vardy at the Lang Stracht, Aberdeen last year and recommended it highly so I decided, instead of buying a Fiat Punto, which I usually do every three years, I would try out the Corsa. I have taken a two year lease and am very pleased with it. Jenny Coutts

Wasn't impressed with the fact my car went missing and it was a week late. The paper work is very long winded but that apart,the service was good

Had a good experience when I bought my new astra gtc sport, limited edition. I had never used peter vardy before but I would come back again in future. Salesman kept in regular contact as to what was happening and I'm more than happy with my new car.

as I have walking difficulties the less distance I have to walk to the showroom the better had to wait as the mobility salesman had a customer but he was very nice and pleasant and very helpful when I got to see him and explained the changes on my new car after he had brought it as near to the door as he could and has followed up with a phone call to ask if all is ok was disappointing that it was not explained that the new car could not be supplied until the day the old lease run out but will know for the next time also when I called was told the salesman would call back which took 3 days and one call on Saturday lots on sunday and 2 on the Monday before getting the call back on the Monday night so not quite excellent service

Waited over two weeks for our new car. Previous owner took a while to hand in v5 form. Peter vardy were good at keeping us updated. When we got the car we were told all the scratches etc would be touched up. That was not the case when we eventually got the car. Said they would phone us to book a date to get these fixed. A week later still waiting. It's like know we've got the car they don't care!

Good and friendly staff and I was grateful for being met and collection from Aberdeen station after an overnight sleeper from London. They just need to sort out the payment terminal which was not connecting to your provider. We went next door to the Vauxhall operation which worked first time. Digital is not all that it might be! Nice people and there may well be more business shortly.
