The preparation before pick up could have been better as some scratches were noticed on the paintwork and the exterior cleanliness could have been better considering that the paint protection was applied the day before.
Overall a good experience will be nice once the scratches issues are resolved.”

Just as a suggestion and personal opinion, in a "first class" event the general ambient should be more stylish, like when you actually fly first class, with an offer of beverages and hors d'oeuvre, hostess, carpet, music... It looked and felt just like any other day in the office..”

had to wait as the mobility salesman had a customer but he was very nice and pleasant and very helpful when I got to see him and explained the changes on my new car after he had brought it as near to the door as he could and has followed up with a phone call to ask if all is ok was disappointing that it was not explained that the new car could not be supplied until the day the old lease run out but will know for the next time also when I called was told the salesman would call back which took 3 days and one call on Saturday lots on sunday and 2 on the Monday before getting the call back on the Monday night

“Waited over two weeks for our new car. Previous owner took a while to hand in v5 form. Peter vardy were good at keeping us updated. When we got the car we were told all the scratches etc would be touched up. That was not the case when we eventually got the car. Said they would phone us to book a date to get these fixed. A week later still waiting. It's like know we've got the car they don't care!”
“Good and friendly staff and I was grateful for being met and collection from Aberdeen station after an overnight sleeper from London. They just need to sort out the payment terminal which was not connecting to your provider. We went next door to the Vauxhall operation which worked first time. Digital is not all that it might be! Nice people and there may well be more business shortly.”
