“Pleased with the overall service provided by the team at the Dalgety Bay branch. Michael Kench, the sales executive I was dealing with, was particularity helpful and approachable and helped find a specific model of car that I was after.
The one negative thing about my dealings with Peter Vardy is the website. It became clear to me that the cars posted on the website are mainly just examples of cars that might be available and not actually cars that are at branches across Scotland. Due to this I did consider taking my business elsewhere, it was only the good work of the sales team that prevented this.”
“Well wasnt happy when picked up the car . Had too take it back... a bit of oil spill on bonnet of the car and a scrape on the back bumper...and totally dirty on the outside of the car not even been washed. .so obviously it wasnt sent out checked a bit disappointing.”

“Initial experience was excellent - test drive with a very knowledgeable sales representative who did a great job without being over-bearing - a good style. The subsequent sale negotiation presented some challenge (initial part-exchange offer was very disappointing but was positively addressed when challenged by me). My post-sale experience has been good to date albeit have had little requirement for contact so far. New vehicle collection (handover) was very good - detailed and not rushed in any way.”

This is the first time I have purchased a car through a dealer. I was expecting some unwanted pressure sales pitch & loads of smarm to back it up. Happily I was totally wrong, A sales man called Dane introduced himself, allowed us to browse unhindered but was at close hand to offer advice when it was sought. On choosing a car Dane took us through all the relevant paper work & legal speil, told us what we should do next & gave us a date when all things should be completed & we could pick up the car. A Truly pleasant experience all round,so why did'nt I give full marks? well i can't wait to see how they might improve on such a good service when I trade in in 3 yrs time . “Salesman was excellent, but car was 2 weeks later than I expected, phoned a few times for an invoice to be sent out to me, I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Once I paid for the car it seems that is where the customer service ends. I purchased a viva, I am very happy with the car, but I need an invoice for gap insurance as proof, not a purchase order, which differs slightly. As I said salesman was excellent, but not even an email or phone call to follow up and I wasn't informed of the 1 year breakdown service, which I found out about from a friend. The staff are lovely and very helpful, just very lacking in aftercare service.”
