“My local sales person Barry Downie was excellent. He was a local person and interested in dealing with me and provided excellent customer service. When he was on occasion on a day off when I either phoned or personally went in I found the other salesman and even the sales manager, if they were from Central Belt area (ie Glaswegions) their attitude was not particularly helpful. They were disinterested and clearly wanted an easy day particularly when I went one Saturday afternoon on the 19th September. When there was a problem with the landrover electronic system that meant I could not collect my car when agreed again Barry very helpful but the sales manager ended the call and never bothered to pass me back to Barry. Poor service and poor attitude did annoy me so if anything local is best or better customer service training”

“Very happy with the Salesman Brett however on getting my brand new car home noticed that there was no fluid in the window washers also a mark on the material above drivers door i did not expect this on a brand new car. There was also the glue remnants of a sticker on the drivers door and i was charged for mats and petrol that i was not made aware of and never got a copy if the pre delivery checklist i would like a call re the issues raised”
“the sales person Darren tait was very heplfull in me deciding on the antara I wasn't pressurised in any way he answered all my questions & said if there was anything else the was needing queried just give him a phone also thanks to foina who handeled the hand over she was very efficient in her job & also answered any question I asked her & again like Darren she said if I had any queries just to phone her & she endeavour to try & resolve any problems I may have they are both a credit to your company & in manners & paitences”
“Overall the process was good once I started to deal with the sales people. The website was not so helpful. I was looking for an Astra Tourer (estate car) but could not search for that specific model on the site. I had to troll through all the Astras and only by chance noticed a photo on the Aberdeen site that looked like a Tourer but was described as a hatchback. I called the Aberdeen garage and they went out to look at the car and confirmed it was a Tourer. That was the car I finally bought.
One other point was confusion over the Road Tax. On the website, the car was described as having £0 road tax but this was not really correct. The car did have £0 tax in its first year of registration but was a Level B and therefore taxed at £20 from then on.
I would stress though that I saw these as issues with the website and was happy with all staff I came in contact with.”

“The staff at Peter Vardy Aberdeen was great with the handover of the car and showing how everything works. But i must say that i am not happy with Vauxhall company. I ordered my motability car in November 2014 for delivery on 4th Feb 2015. In late Jan 2015 i was told the car was delayed and it would now be delivered March 2015. I was then told the factory making the car was now not making my car and now another factory would be making it and was told 8 weeks for delivery. At end of May 2015 i was told the car would now be delivered in June 2015 and then it was the end of July 2015. July 2015 came and gone and after many many phone calls and no replies i was told the final delivery was 26th Aug 2015 which was the day i got the car. That was a total of almost 10 months to get a motability car delivered. When i first visited Vauxhall i wanted to order an Antara but was told i could not order an Antara because it would be an eight mouth build so i had to pick my second choice which took 9 months to build.”
