“The salesman as usual was very good, listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get as close to what I wanted as possible.
I was dissapointed to find the trip screen on dash is actually off lesser quality and very basic than a lower spec mokka so doesn't have a digital speedo and better looking mpg meter etc, I feel this should have been mentioned.
The hand over of the car was not as good as it could have been. I collected the car at night and didn't notice till following morning that a head rest was missing, the car book was missing and service book wasn't anywhere to be found.
The sales man dropped off the headrest to me at work a few days later and I didn't receive the books till a month later.
As the above I don't think it would be fair to give a 10/10 rating when it wasn't. I'm still fairly happy with the service and the car itself is awesome other than mentioned above.
Will be back in a few years for another car for sure.”

Most impressed last time, not quite the same on this occasion.the salesman not altogether switched on in terms of dealing with a 70 year old individual who has purchased more than a few new/used cars over the years.dont really want to elaborate on this review.suffice to say I was happy with the price I negotiated with your man on the financial side (IE trade in v replacement vehicle). “Although we had some problems with incorrect details on paperwork like the millage allowance and not being able to process the documents because I hadn't changed my name on V5 (my fault) after everything got sorted we couldn't complain about anything. Gavin Rae (sales rep) kept us up to date during the whole process. He also did a good job finding the best deal for us within our price range. I just hope the after care is as good as, most garages have a problem with good aftercare, please don't let this happen with Peter Vardy should we ever need your assistance :)”

“Paul Stephens was very helpful and friendly.I also found he was not pushy and listened to what I was looking for.The only blemish I found was I indicated to Paul during test drive that car seemed to be pulling to left hand side slightly during drive.I was told this would be fixed before handover but it hasn't.Overall thou service was good thou and all staff were very pleasant around me”

“I did feel that the actual demonstration of the vehicle was a bit rushed. I wasn't able to take in everything I was being told. I have been studying the manual and find that there is no CD player or satnav fitted, and that I have to purchase other instruments to have use of these facilities. Also, there is a compartment for a First Aid kit which was pointed out to me , but not opened and I now find it has no kit inside.
I am dissappointed that this model doesn't have these, yet has so many other features.
Finally, an oil filter was missing and so I had to wait for this to be received and fitted before I could leave.”
“I'm a caravanner so obviously I require a towbar to be fitted, so I was disappointed to find that Peter doesn't provide this service in the Aberdeen complex, the work is farmed out, so it means that brand new cars are being modified by non Vauxhall trained staff. Not an entirely satisfactory situation.”
“Good service from everybody I encountered, though I did feel I maybe dealt with too many people, my primary contact was excellent. Replying to emails promptly and with the information I required. I needed the car quickly, due to my old car having terminal engine failure, and with a bit of negotiation, I had the car I wanted at the right price, within 5 days.
I had an issue with repeatedly being called Mrs, after I had introduced myself by name, but I'm presuming this is part of the company culture. Maybe something that should be looked at in future training. Marital status is irrelevant to a car purchase.”
