“This is my first experience with Peter Vardy as a supplier. Everything was going well until I went to pick up my car and there were marks on the bonnet and wing which did not meet the standard that you advertise. The paint shop manager/ employee was hesitant to address the problem however the sales person Alan Floyd took control of the problem and agreed a solution turning a negative experience into a positive one. He organised the car to be brought back and repaired to the correct standard whilst being mindful of my requirement for a replacement vehicle. Excellent customer service from Alan Floyd.”

Car finally booked in to have tire replaced at second attempt so after care service in place and hopefully resolves only issue. Would recommend to potential purchasers.”

The response was quick and promised to get someone to send photos (non on Autotrader or Peter Vardy sites as just in) and more information, none was forthcoming. However, when I arrived at the dealership, the salesman Ryan Fitzpatrick was very friendly and helpful, explaining that the car had not long arrived and still needed prepping. “The handover process itself was excellent . However there was an issue on handover of 3 scratches and very minor indentations which had been poorly touched up. Paul phoned his manager and got authorization for me to take the van away and organise to have this done at my local paintshop as I live 2 .5 hours from your depot. This is scheduled for this Friday 6th May, Justin Fotheringham has authorised the quote for this to be completed . I realise accidents and scratches happen but slightly disappointed this was not noticed or pointed out prior to collection as it is now an inconvenience for me to have to deal with which timewise I could do without.”
