Family member was due a fifty pound reward as they had recently purchased a new car themselves and were responsible for introducing me to the dealership. Unfortunately this did not arrive when had been indicated to me and I had to chase this up by returning personally to the showroom.
This has now been resolved but it spoiled slightly what up till then had been a very good experience.”
“The salesmen are to quick to get a signature rather than talking through all the different charges. This was the second car I have purchased with Peter vardy and the 1st car I was given a few incentives but because the salesman knew I really wanted this car I wasn't offered any incentives and when I questioned this I was told I would get the mats free of charge. When completing the paperwork I questioned why I was still being charged for the mats I was told this was because if they were taken off my borrowing would go below a certain level so then I would be charged a higher rate of interest(Barclays only offer 1 rate) so it was better to keep them on. Although I got the car I really wanted I didn't feel I was treated the same because the salesman knew how much I really wanted the car. I really didn't care to much also for automatically being charged for a charity donation and I didn't mention this because it's only a small amount but I feel this is something someone should do by choice and this should not be added on without even asking consent or even saying what charity this will b donated to. Both times when purchasing my vehicles I feel the salesmen do not spend enough time talking through what needs to be signed and what you are signing for and a breakdown of all the different charges, paperwork is just put on the desk and you are told where to sign and not even given the opportunity to read. During my 1st purchase I was charged £350 for something I didn't need and until I traded the car in didn't even no I had so this is just an example of how bad it is when this is not broken down with the customer and at a time when your excited about getting a new car to know this is being exploited and customers are being charged for things that is no use to them I feel is very disappointing for such a large company and shows poor customer care.”

“The team were very helpful finding me a car at the price I was prepared to pay, staff were very friendly and welcoming and made the process a lot easier.
However there were a few hiccups with the processing that were inconvenient for myself and partner due to our busy schedules. staff were apologetic for this however, I feel it could of been easy overcome.
The handover I received when picking up my car was second to none.

“Shopping at Peter Vardy was good. Nice hospitality. Always offered a coffee etc. John the salesman was not at all pushy. We managed to find exact car we were looking for and was quite surprised that we were able to get this on budget exactly. Now proud owner of a wee Adam Slam. My only comment I can make that would improve my experience is below.
During three time I was in the showroom prior to taking delivery of my new car it was discussed that I wanted my private plate on the car before I took it. The evening I took the car this was not done and I had to wait for somebody to make up the plate and then fit it.
I dont think the information had been picked up by the staff taking care of the delivery. I know the salesman put the required information in the file as this was also discussed during my second visit when I was signing my financial agreement.
I am still happy with my purchase and love the car very much. Thanks to everybody”

Jason Craig was our salesman and he was extremely helpful and based on our experience with him I would recommend Peter Vardy. We did not have a good experience previously when buying a car and was not looking forward to the experience of choosing another car but am glad we came to Peter Vardy.”
“The Service was great. I recieved all the help i needed and all the questions i asked were answered. The only problem i encountered was when i was collecting the car, we had to wait for around half an hour before we could leave and even then there was a small problem with the car - the fuse for the fans had blown. Other than that, i was very happy with the support and service i recieved”
