“PetFriendly is such a wonderful company with beyond awesome customer service. I lost my dog in May and after several years of using PetFriendly, I canceled my subscription for her flea meds. I got a new puppy a few days ago, added her to my account and was given my loyal customer pricing for her. It's wonderful knowing that this company cares enough to acknowledge their loyal customers. “This was our 1st time trying Pet Friendly & I have to say your missing a remarkable experience if you haven't at least tried them once! 1st off ordering was a breeze! Filled in some basic details about each of my dogs & they were both easily matched with their perfect flea medicine prevention in both of their appropriate weight classes! 2ndly shipping was very quick indeed! Maybe 2 days tops for us at least! 3rd my dogs felt soo special when I brought the box from PetFriendly in from our mailbox! Not only was both of their boxes of monthly flea medicine found within the box each with their names & a picture of a dog similar to their breed on each individual box, There was also a small sample bag of dog treats & man did they smell these treats plum through the package they were sealed in & through the shipping box itself!! So we opened their box & checked out their goodies along with directions for the monthly flea & tick prevention and without question the inspection of their new package & the contents within passed with flying colors!! Of course they hate baths & have always hated other monthly topical treatment when using other brands over the yrs. However there were NO adverse side effects from this brands monthly topical flea treatment!! In the past, other brands usually made them lethargic the following day or left them with a loss of appetite & very little energy or interest in the following days activities like they had been poisoned so to speak. That simply was not the case with this same type of treatment from this company or brand!! Needless to say it was only after their baths, & once they were dry, the application of their specific recommended topical treatment is when we opened the little bag of complimentary treats that had been sent to them! Let's just say once they got their snacks they forgot all about their baths & once dreaded flea & tick prevention through topical application was a distant & well distracted memory for them!! The whole set up we received along with customer support for tracking our order & even use of the enclosed medication treatments should we have needed it was just an email or a quick dial of the phone away! If you can afford to set up & keep on a monthly automatic shipping schedule for your pets specific treatment & specialized plan to keep on a schedule or ritual, I HIGHLY recommend giving this company & brand a good 'ol college try!! You will NOT be disappointed & neither will your pets! Oh & I forgot to mention... making any adjustments to your monthly reoccurring orders are very simple & YES..... this flea & tick preventative actually DOES work! Not one sign of or any indication of fleas or ticks!! It was an awesome experience to have been able to have given this Company & their brand a try!! We loved them!! Thanks PetFriendly!!”

“We are on month 2 of petfriendly in july, the worst of flea season here in Ohio. I have 6 dogs and we have not seen more than a couple of fleas this season! I am amazed! I wholeheartedly endorse Petfriendly, I have very different breeds of dogs and sizes. Not 1 bad reaction! No bad smells, no mess, and absolutely no fleas or ticks AT ALL! Thank you!”

“I've been using PetFriendly for 3 months now and their products actually does what it is made to do,keep my cats and dogs free of fleas and ticks. First treatment and no more fleas and ticks. The price is also easy on the wallet. I also get my dogs the beefy bites roasted lung treats and they love them so much that they'll dwell while waiting for me to give them a few pieces. “This is hands down the best flea and tick prevention medicine ever! Our GS dog has skin allergies, and we've tried many different brands. But they would always cause her to go into an itching session, not to mention they never truly worked. But Petfriendly's helped! She no longer itches, we have not seen one flea since we switched to petfriendly and the price is just amazing!. The staff is also amazing. When we asked questions and needed help with one order.
