“In the morning I placed my order and paid the extra for 1 day delivery. My item was only processed the NEXT day and then sent by Royal Mail 48 and NOT Royal Mail 24 as expected. My emails to the company querying this were ignored until the after the item was sent. I will not use this company again.”

As per our discussion, all delivery timeframes are from the moment an order is dispatched which can take 1 to 2 working days. “The Seraquin tablets I ordered arrived promptly. Ringo has a daily tablet to help his mild arthritis. At first I used to carefully crush a tablet to mix with his food, recently I dropped one on the floor and he fell on it, crunched it up and looked up for more! I could have saved myself a bit of effort. This proves that Seraquin tablets are very tasty!”

“Very surprised about the sell by date being June this year....now I understand why they were cheap! But not good for me as I have ordered about 8 months worth. Sell by dates must be made more obvious when ordering”

“My first purchase from Petwell having got my stuff from our local vet. Price was cheaper and I bought a bigger bulk than normal which was delivered free to my door. Exactly what I was buying from my vet for our dog and two cats but cheaper. No going out and hauling it into the car. Few clicks online and it comes right to your door without fuss. Will definately be buying again.”
