“Unfortunately very poor, placed an order on December 21st, when not arrived or heard anything emailed. Payment had been taken on the 21st, but the order not processed as one of 7 items out of stock! Other 6 items sent with promises of the remaining item being sent the next week when back in stock. Waited over 2 weeks, no sign or information on missing item, emailed again, only to be told it was in stock so they would send it that day. I don’t think any of it would have ever arrived if I had not kept emailing, and time from being told it was sent, to actually receiving where slow. Giving 2 stars only because customer service replied quickly, and always very polite and helpful. Just unfortunate I had to keep chasing. Would not recommend- sorry petwell more organisation required.”

“I have been buying Seraquin from Petwell on-line on a regular basis for a long time now and found their service excellent. Re-ordering is so quick and easy and orders are dispatched and delivered promptly. There was only one occasion when I experienced an issue with my order and Customer Service was second to none. Petwell investigated and responded to my email the same day. My order was then received the next day by express delivery.”

“I decided to come direct to Petwell as I had bought from them through another website. Again items arrived quicker than stipulated delivery time. My dogs are happy and much calmer. As soon as I plugged in the ADAPTIL my dog was laying next to it and fell asleep. It says 24 hours on the instructions. Fireworks, thunder and rain don't bother him as much. I also got the spray which is easy to use and works immediately. The pacing, trembling and heavy panting went just like that. The website is easy to use. Service from ordering to delivery is excellent. I will be back. Thank you.”

“Always buy my working tablets and frontline from Petwell. The service and pricing is always really good! The frontline didn't turn up in this order been lost in the post. But one email and another pack is being sent! Definitely recommend this company”
