“Had to chase dog food twice. It took so long I had to buy from an alternative supplier whilst I waited for Petwell. Finally arrived in two separate delivers on consecutive days, what a waste of resources. Price very good but hassle factor just not worth it.”

“I ordered some medication that my dog relies on, and paid extra for 'express' shipping, described at 1-3 days which meant they would arrive just in time as my current batch as due to run out. Ordered on a Tuesday evening, and expected the enzymes to arrive Friday/Saturday on the 'express tracked delivery'. The enzymes had not arrived until the following Monday by which point we had ran out of medication and our boy was poorly. As it was the weekend my local vet was closed, and I had to go on the Monday morning to buy some medication from the vet. I fell that to describe delivery of important medication as 'express' when it arrives almost a week after the order is placed is misleading.”
