“pool we bought was as described although I was a bit appointed when using it for only the second time my dog managed to put a claw through the bottom and that was only getting in and out of it, this cost me an extra £20 for a repair kit which so far has done the trick, hopefully it won't happen again”

“You sell pet products at good value prices and they arrive promptly. However I was not impressed that you offer free delivery for orders over £29, then when I increase my order accordingly you say 2 packs of flea treatments have to be sent separately and don't count. The 2 envelopes landed on the doorstep together. Don't advertise the offer if you don't mean it.”
