“Great products, helpful reviews Prompt dispatch - the only reason I can’t give 5 stars is unfortunately they use DPD as couriers and if it goes via the Ipswich depot, DPD has one driver who refuses to deliver to houses with dogs!! I had a £240 delivery of urgent medicines delayed by 3 days because one man can dictate delivery policy and their depot manager refused to help find another solution - even suggesting I drive there to pick the parcel up The Petwell rep was livid when I informed her but until they either change DPD’s attitude or to another courier, I cannot see the exact same not happening again in the future I now try to ensure any parcels are small enough to be delivered via Royal Mail instead”
