“Excellent prices and fast delivery”

“I always purchase my pet products, Feliway, Advantage flea control (I used to use Frontline but apparently the blighters build an immunity to it), and anything else my cats need, from Petwell. The receptionist at the vet where I take them for treatment had advised me to be careful where I shopped as some sites are not reliable and what we think we are getting may be bogus. She assured me that Petwell were a reliable and trustworthy site where I could shop with confidence. Needless to say the vet was not at her elbow when she told me this as they sell these products. I have introduced my family to the site and they now order through Petwell. Their prices are very competitive and delivery is prompt. 👍 B Black”

“Ordered the item on a Friday and got an acknowledgement (item in stock). I was advised that I would receive a confirmation email when the item was despatched. I had not received this by the following Friday so I queried the whereabouts of the order on the Saturday. I was told that the item had been despatched the previous Monday and that it would take 2 - 5 business days to arrive. No details of who delivering or speed of delivery method etc. given. I received the item the following Monday via Royal Mail. The package did not state whether it had been sent first or second class. Trying to get information from Petwell was difficult as the answers they sent to me seemed to be very much just stock answers. They told me to check if my neighbours had the item; they told me to check with the Royal Mail - difficult as there was no tracking information for the package!. I had to pay £2.99 delivery charges for this small item so I feel somewhat aggrieved that the delivery was so slow. Still no explanation as to why I didn't receive an email confirming despatch. In view of slow delivery and very poor support from this Company (there is no phone number, just an email for queries) I will not be using their services again.”
