“My 10 year old cat has arthritis in her back leg. She has been on Seraquin for 3 weeks and seems more lively instead of sleeping all day and l am hoping it will get even better as time goes on.”

“Good service only problem I had was how long you have to wait for delivery of items takes 5 to 7 days £2.99 delivery charge I would expect my order to be within 3 days at most for £2.99 delivery charge,on my last order I waited nearly 2 weeks”

“The cage came and was perfect for my hammy, nice and big however after taking a couple days to come it had a huge crack on the side and pieces of the plastic fallen off which was a bit frustrating! However, it is a lovely cage! Bit of a shame it came damaged!”

“petwell are great, i had an issue with the website, i couldn't find the vet approved dog food which i had bought previously from them, but it wasn't showing anymore, the guy i spoke to sorted this out really efficiently, but it would have been better if the website did this online.”

“I have been buying Advantage spot on flea treatment for my cats for the last 6mths. The price is great; a lot cheaper than the vets! Delivery is usually quite quick and the treatment works, no outbreaks since I've been using on my cats.”

“Good prices but I found the prescription process hard to navigate as I filled in the order then had to go back later with the prescription and it was unclear how to link the two together. Later the attempts I made to complete the order were picked up as attempts to get meds without a prescription.”
