“We have used Petwell on a number of occasions following our local pet shop dropping an item we always bought for our dog saying it was no longer obtainable. Easy to order, price good, and orders received during the time promised. We will continue to use Petwell.”

“y did my order have to b spilt in two parcels ,when plenty of room in parcel received.cant worm all my cats as still waiting for products all to arrive, so not a very happy customer.....x”

“Quality products, thank you. Only one issue - Ordered Feliway refill (free postage) and one Drontal tablet for a 4kg cat - posted separately and £4.95 postage charged when could have gone in the same free postage package.”

“Parcel does not always arrive without damage. The boxes that flea treatment arrive in are always quite bashed. First time I ordeted items were missing after already waiting a long yime for order. Prices could be more competitive.”

“Good prices compared to buying from vets for our dogs food. Brilliant that they have free delivery on it too. Just wish they would use a different delivery company as Hermes isn't up to job, we have ordered 4 times and problems at least 3 out of 4 for delivery. Petwell always sort it but could do without hassle.”
