“I will never forget how BADLY they are. They are NOT CAREING ABOUT THE ANIMALS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. They didn't send my item out for nearly a week shameful.”

“5 star service in my opinion so far, orders 3 or 4 times and never an issue, except my latest order went a bit haywire, but it was sorted quickly, so can't complain at all. Will always get my pet related items from here in the future.”

“Delivery was super quick considering it was free but the amount of fluid in the flea control droppers was not enough. It was substandard. I used all 3 of the dog ones in a week and she's still scratching. Also the same with the cat ones. Flea control is not cheap as I know but I didn't expect to use all droppers so soon.”

“Great products, they took a month to arrive and they only gave me an update when I chased my order. A quick email to say my order was delayed due to staff isolating would have been appreciated. By the time the treatment was delivered all 4 of my cats had fleas!”

“we have been obtaining Frontllne Spot on for our cat Ollie for a few years now. The price is always very competitive and the product also very good. Have a problem with ticks here and we find as long as treatment given as prescribed they do not manage to get a hold. Fortunately Ollie is white and we are able to remove them as they are rendered Dopy. by the treatment.”
