“Had a few issues trying to add my pets and it wouldn't let me proceed with the order until it was sorted however I received my order in the estimated time and I was very happy with it I will definately recommend to friends and family and will be ordering again”

“Although there’s no bundle or bulk packs for people with a lot of pets or those who like to stock up as it does seem expensive when needing to buy multiple items. But the service is very good! Delivery is fast and reliable. The products do the job, the checkout is straight forward and there hasn’t been any complications. For that it’s a good site to order from. Just wish there was the occasional saving deal or multipack bargain.”

“Product and delivery good as usual. Disappointed with the 'black Friday sale' advertised as it was sold for the same price I paid 6 months ago. Perhaps the price was raised right before the sale? Annoyed me some what.”
