“I would give a very good but by using Royal Mail especially during the Coronavirus is not very good as they will not leave with a neighbour if we do not answer the door and have to go to the depot to collect. Not sure when we will receive the items now”

“Excellent value for a product that actually seems to be working. My large dog was having real issues with fleas but using Pewtell alongnwith a good home treatment has done the trick. His scratching was driving me insane beforehand!”

“Site needs to be clearer that the express delivery option doesn't include weekends.. in my case ordering Thursday PM meant order arrived Monday PM - little disappointed this wasn't made clear - Products and order it self was delivered as expected and will use again.”

“First purchase never arrived within the indicated delivery slot so l spoke to young made assistant who sent out a replacement by 24hr delivery. This did arrive on time so l thank the guy for his action. I will when needed use petwell again.”

“very pleased with head collar. Bought 2 but it has a very generous nose band so I had to return one as it was too big for my arab's small muzzle. Delivery was quicker than expected. No problem with refund although would have given 5 stars if return postage had been reimbursed as well.”

“We are return customers and have always been satisfied with our products. The only reason I can’t provide 5 stars is the delay with delivery on some occasions... having said that, we don’t opt for the express delivery option but standard seems to take far longer than expected.”

“Some items arrived really quickly as per the one day delivery but a few of the items took four days to arrive even after being shipped when it was due to arrive with one day delivery. However, I would recommend as the items all arrived and work fine.”

“Items arrived well packed, good quality and exactly as ordered. The order took longer to arrive than I had expected though. 1-3 days working day delivery but took well over a week to arrive. Order was dispatched 6 days after it was ordered”
