“Both item's where ordered at the same time (one needed for upstairs/one needed for downstairs) only one arrived two day's later,other one didn't arrive till a full week later!! NO Customer Service Telephone Number to find out what was going on,just a stupid e.mail address!! Absolutely disgraceful set-up!! Will NEVER use this company ever again!! Good Day!!”

Hi Paul We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment with your shopping experience. We do often send items such as Feliway in separate packages and you should have received 2 separate shipment emails. Unfortunately, whilst both items were despatched on the same day (6 June), we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and often packages can arrive on different days (although a week is much longer than usual and can only apologise for the delay) We would like to reassure you that we do respond to all customers emails within 24 hours and always ensure our customers receive their orders.
