“Pharmacu2u posted one of my items as unobtaimable and referred me to my GP.
They then forwarded the order to a supplier of apparatus,
cancelling the other items.
The item forwarded is an eye drop obtainable from Amazon without prescription!
The company is not answering any of the phone numbers.”
“I was prescribed a course of antibiotics by my GP which I needed ASAP. Unfortunately, even though my GP requested that the prescription be sent to my local pharmacy, the request defaulted to Pharmacy2U whom I have previously used for repeat prescriptions. The prescription went to Pharmacy2U on Wednesday lunchtime. 5 days later, it has still not been delivered. Reply from their customer service is that I should wait 4 more days to see if it turns up and then get back in touch with them if it hasn't. Appalling suggestion to someone whose condition has deteriorated in the last couple of days due to the medication being so delayed. Needless to say, I won't be using these clowns again.”
“They won’t process my free prescription unless I give them my bank details. When I ask why they need them they said it was because I might order something from them that I need to pay for in the future. All customer services officers were rude.”

I was not sent my meds. I called pharmacy2you who promised to arrange collection with the hour. They did not. I tried to cancel my account. Someone called me to apologise and ask why. I then found that my account had not been cancelled as promised meaning that I cannot get my meds!! No one answers their helpline, so I am stuck!
Do not use this service if you value your health!”
“Very inefficient especially considering the very serious nature of their business. Should never have signed on but I assumed that as it was NHS it could be trusted. Medication arrived after 2 weeks, ironically after I'd left this company. Couldn't track, too many stages in the operation so more chances for mistakes. Had to argue with aggressive man on the 'phone, when I did get through, about why I wanted to cancel. And that was ludicrous. Avoid like the plague.”

“I registered but then decided not to continue after I read the reviews and I cannot close my account. No matter what I try to do there is no option at all to close account. This immediately raises red flags for me. I have removed my card details as now I don't trust this company. An honest company will allow you to close your account. Both my wife and I have been using Pharmacy2U to supply our repeat prescription medication. Until now delivery has been satisfactory.
BUT this time my wife's medication was not delivered. When she logged in to her online account she found a notice to the effect that her order has been CANCELLED BY THE PATIENT - THIS IS NOT TRUE and because of now great urgency she has had to hurriedly contact her health centre, request a copy of her prescription and will have to collect her medicines from a local pharmacy.
We both ordered our repeat medication on the SAME DAY, we both received email messages at the same time saying that our requirements were approved and with the Pharmacy2U team for checking and packing!
My order was delivered on time, my wife's still hasn't arrived after 19 days of waiting.
I went on to the Pharmacy2U chat line but that was a waste of time, only to receive a stupid "reason" for the order not to have been sent out to her.
I DO NOT recommend using Pharmacy2U”

How can a company that is relied on for such an important service (medication) be so inept and careless? What is truly worrying, is the shameless posters of fake positive reviews, just remember fake posters, you or someone you love may rely on genuine feedback for health related services in future, so please think twice. “Simply dreadful! Process is clearly broken; particularly for those with multiple repeat medications. Impossible to track orders via App. When calling, they simply blame ‘batch’ (whatever that is) or the GP! I have the same every month - what’s so difficult? Looks like a fundamentally flawed IT system.”

“An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Didn't even fully complete their online registration, yet when I went to collect my repeat meds at my local pharmacy they told me Pharmacy2U were dealing with it!? Local pharmacy staff said that they would try and dispense my meds if I cancelled with Pharmacy2U. Rang them from the local pharmacy and the call cut off as they were busy. Reluctantly had to wait for delivery instead. Received meds in the post, minus an item (that the local pharmacy never had a problem with).
The repeat prescription was a total disaster. Item that Pharmacy2U didn't have in stock (as previously) held up the rest of my meds for 5 days. Pharmacy2U then claimed by email that my GP had not approved the order. Rang GP and they stated they had approved the order the same day it was ordered. Rang Pharmacy2U and was then told meds would be released within 24 hours, with 2-3 working days to wait for delivery. Already over a week without any meds whatsoever. Started having withdrawal symptoms that were horrific (anxiety, insomnia, feeling sick, dizzy and shaky, and headaches)! Promised an urgent delivery, still waiting.
PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID. Incompetent and dangerous!”
