Both my wife and I have been using Pharmacy2U to supply our repeat prescription medication. Until now delivery has been satisfactory.
BUT this time my wife's medication was not delivered. When she logged in to her online account she found a notice to the effect that her order has been CANCELLED BY THE PATIENT - THIS IS NOT TRUE and because of now great urgency she has had to hurriedly contact her health centre, request a copy of her prescription and will have to collect her medicines from a local pharmacy.
We both ordered our repeat medication on the SAME DAY, we both received email messages at the same time saying that our requirements were approved and with the Pharmacy2U team for checking and packing!
My order was delivered on time, my wife's still hasn't arrived after 19 days of waiting.
I went on to the Pharmacy2U chat line but that was a waste of time, only to receive a stupid "reason" for the order not to have been sent out to her.
I DO NOT recommend using Pharmacy2U”

How can a company that is relied on for such an important service (medication) be so inept and careless? “Simply dreadful! Process is clearly broken; particularly for those with multiple repeat medications. Impossible to track orders via App. When calling, they simply blame ‘batch’ (whatever that is) or the GP! I have the same every month - what’s so difficult? “An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Didn't even fully complete their online registration, yet when I went to collect my repeat meds at my local pharmacy they told me Pharmacy2U were dealing with it!? Local pharmacy staff said that they would try and dispense my meds if I cancelled with Pharmacy2U. Rang them from the local pharmacy and the call cut off as they were busy. Reluctantly had to wait for delivery instead. Received meds in the post, minus an item (that the local pharmacy never had a problem with).
The repeat prescription was a total disaster. Item that Pharmacy2U didn't have in stock (as previously) held up the rest of my meds for 5 days. Pharmacy2U then claimed by email that my GP had not approved the order. Rang GP and they stated they had approved the order the same day it was ordered. Rang Pharmacy2U and was then told meds would be released within 24 hours, with 2-3 working days to wait for delivery. Already over a week without any meds whatsoever. Started having withdrawal symptoms that were horrific (anxiety, insomnia, feeling sick, dizzy and shaky, and headaches)! Promised an urgent delivery, still waiting.
PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID. Incompetent and dangerous!”
“They seem unable to supply Software dressings 10X10.They advised me and my surgery that could supply in box of 50 so the GP changed the scrip from 20 to 50. Now they say they can't obtain it .Ive had to order it from Amazon they have no problem. This saga has been going on for weeks with so many phone calls and emails.They have no continuity with a problem as you get a different person on each call and have to go through the whole saga again.”

“Disgusting service from Pharmacy2U. Recently had a major operation where I require blood thinning injections and the company will not dispatch my medication. I have chased over 6 times in the last 3 days and had no response and poor communication and I am still with out my medication.”
“I was given a 7 week course of medication from my GP, I was meant to receive 14 tablets and only recieved 13.
I contacted P2U to let them know and they said they’d launch in investigation and to contact my GP for an emergency top up. After a few days they contacted me to say their CCTV didn’t go back that far and they couldn’t investigate any further. Then they told me they’d have to open an investigation with the post office, even though the box was sealed and completely untampered with. They refused to send me the missing tablet and my GP they couldn’t top up the prescription because by law they had already fulfilled their part.
So unfortunately because I am undergoing blood tests - I’ve had to finish to course early and will have to repeat the 7 week course in a month.”

“Everything went wrong! My GP surgery has also suggested to find another provider as they are aware of issues with other patients!
This service is atrocious! Some staff are helpful I have been told “I will keep Ame eye on your prescription, yes I agree you should have your prescription delivered with all of your medication delivered. No you shouldn’t have your medication withers if they don’t have one of your medications in stock”.
So when it happens next month and you receive text “we only have this brand in stock!” I reply “I have already stated ask my GP not me as sometimes the GP does not want you to change brands and you yourselves have agreed with me on this and said you would ask my GP.”
I now receive pretentious emails as if I am being awkward stating they have sent me the medication brand that no I have not concented to, my GP not contacted as “this is the only one in stock!
I am then told nobody is going to keep an eye on my prescriptions (as promised as the have x amount of patients! The email reads as if it is my fault! I am being a difficult patient with nobody else having issues only me!!!
They also raised that I had had issues with another well known company who recently had to change their name! Who also are equally an atrocious service. So 🤔 hmmm my fault again!
This company is a joke! If they don’t have a medication they will also withhold the rest of your medications, even though they don’t know when they will be getting the medications in! How dumb is this when you are in life saving medication!
Also their excuse…again it’s my fault. “The GP only prescribes 4 medications on a prescription. Oh but you send me a box of 12 medications so how is this my fault????

“TERRIBLE! 1st order (for a repeat prescription was fine); 2nd order was a disaster; I had to add items which I discovered to be INCORRECT on receipt of email from them, confirming my order. Rang them up; the telephone responder was unable to pronounce my name, unable to read with accuracy, the medication names and dosage adviced, and even took him three times to read out my telephone number back accurately!! Another colleague then came on line - was not able to speak to a "supervisor" .... She was rude, dismissive and flatly refused to admit that their system had messed up. Cancelled my account with them immediately and resorted back to my nominated pharmacy with my GP services. My GP surgery also confirmed that they have had a lot of complaints regarding Pharmacy2U, causing the surgery many problems .... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!! :-((”
