“Fraudulent ' company'. Offered me £60 and was supposed to offer free return postage if offer wasn't satisfactory. Cane back to me offering £5 and telling me I'D have to pay to have it returned. Avoid avoid avoid!”

“Still waiting for payment having received an email on 18/12/19 saying 'Awaiting Payment'. Awful communication and now no longer replying to email. 1 day payment is a con!! No phone number to actually speak to someone on.”

“BEWARE FRAUDSTERS - reported to Action Fraud December 30th 2019: At the end of October, I found the company, (Phone Convert) via a google search when I wanted to dispose of my old mobile phone after purchasing a new one. I filled in the form to get the device valued and accepted their offer of £90 for my iPhone 6s. I was then away for about 10 days and when I returned I had received a bag to send the phone off to them in. I also received an email from someone called Damon on 4th November asking if I had received the bag as they had not received my phone. I explained I had been away and then packed up the phone the same day to send to them. I heard nothing back so chased payment on the 15th November via email and got the response "Sorry for any delay we have been having server issues." I chased again on the 25th November and received a set of automated emails asking me to accept a lower price for my phone (£71) as there was an issue with it - I accepted this and received confirmation but no money was forthcoming. I chased on 25th November and received an email payment confirmation but no money. I emailed again on 9th December but heard nothing and no money has been forthcoming”

“He has completely ignored in returning my phone XS Max or paying me . He had my phone since November, basically have stolen it and Christmas has passed and nothing . His comments and lies about having returned it is disgusting to think they can treat customers by taking there goods and not paying . I have now filed a report against you and your company to fraud”

“They agreed to purchase two iPhones from me via their website. Texted me on receipt of phones 22nd October 2019, here we are end of December with no payment. Each time I request payment or return of phones they come back with a request for information. They are stalling and I obviously intent on conning me out of my phones. Keep clear of this company they are not to be trusted.”

“Please use another company, communication is terrible, i'm at the point where i'm waiting for them to pay but i don't think it will happen, they have until the end of the week them i'm reporting the phone as stolen and taking matters further with Action Fraud.”
