“I am with all the people who had bad a bad experience as I have had the same - 3 weeks before the phone was marked as arrived then offered me 2 pound the phone was marked but worked fine. Then I received an email saying payment was made £2 yes its not about the money still nothing?? - something is not right about this company and think they need looking into in respect of all the bad reviews - PLEASE DO NOT send a high valued phone here - please go to mazuma or someone and take a little less money trust me it be worth it - VERY DODGY company!”

“Genuinely worst company I have dealt with. Almost 2 months after sending my phone and still no payment. Dozens of emails sent replied with promises of payment yet nothing recieved. I have lost patience and will be referring this to trading standards.”

“This company is a fraud they get you phone and don't pay you what was offered and I have not had my phone returned. They basically stole my phone by misleading advertising to get your phones.”

“I wouldn’t even leave 1* but have do leave something for a review, what a terrible company with terrible customer service. Almost 6 weeks later I’ve received nothing despite numerous emails, the call is now rolling to take this further.”
