“DO NOT USE!!! SCAM!!! Do not be fooled by their reply email saying they will help. This is to give you false sense of security. SCAM COMPANY!!! They have never responded to numerous emails.”

“Was told bank transfer had taken place 9th and cheque was in the post 10th April and we've received nothing. No response to emails. Ref 363960 for 2 iPhones. Totally fake company. This will be taken further”

“It took me more than 6 weeks to get paid for my iPhone. Got a good price but it was absolutely not worth the stress and hassle involved. PhoneConvert first claimed they couldn’t pay me because it was still locked to my iCloud account, which was untrue. They then offered to return it but nothing happened. They eventually paid up once I’d posted a negative review and contacted the press. Don’t make the same mistake I did!”
