“This company is not even worthy of 1 star they are absolutely appalling and would not even recommended to my worst sworn enemy!!!! I failed to read the reviews and comments before hand and now wished that i had!!! I got sent an envelope to post my phone in quick enough but I've had nothing but agro and problems from them. Didn't receive any email until a week later and alot of emails from me that they had received my phone and then at the exact same time sent me an email saying my phone was faulty and they had lowered my price. My phone worked perfectly fine when it went to them in its box!!! So i clicked that i agreed on the price because i had waited long enough and expected to bank transfer the money that day to be sent an email saying my cheque was in the post and id be getting it soon when i had specifically stated that i would like a bank transfer. A week later im still waiting for my cheque and even wondering if im going to recieve one!!! I WILL be seeking legal advice soon and also contacting the police as i seem to not be the only one!!! All the good comments are clearly fake or those people got extremely lucky!!! You people should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves!!!!”

“My previous reviews have been deleted...so I will be reposting... Furter update... My phone has been STOLEN... Action Fraud and the Police is investigating and if won’t get my money back will be taking them to court. No answers from Phone Convert... FURTHER UPDATE!!!! ........29th March Message from ‘Will’ 'after chasing them (Hermes) and going to the depot. Your package was found and with an empty box inside and I know from your responses this is not the case. I have taken this further but I cannot do anything until there lost prevention contact me. I will be getting Hermes to pay you for this'... I have then contacted Hermes and I have chat with them online... They have received the update from the courier that the parcel was delivered at reception (the courier has scanned it as Secure Delivery) I have reported this to Action Fraud and Trading Standard... (they are investigating this case) and I will take people responsible for this to court if I won’t have my money back... FURTHER UPDATE!!!! ........28 March Finally received reply from Will... they didn’t received my previos emails (unless I’ve received all copy of emails I’ve sent saying they will reply as soon as possible)... 28th March ‘Sorry we didn't received your previous email We unfortunately haven't received your item but Hermes have stated we have. I will contact them now to obtain all details. We have a secure locker they should be placed in or we sign for them. I will be back in touch. Today 29th March ... still don’t know what happened with my phone...and who will give me my money back... I have send another email specifically asking for any updates before Saturday (if they have contacted Hermes, what did they say, where is my phone????)... no response at all... " Order number #36251 First negative review in my whole life. Received pre paid bag within a couple of days, sent phone recorded delivery. Have receipt from Hermes (which clearly says phone has been delivered on 22/03/2019 at 14.49- left securely in porch). I have emailed them on Tuesday (26/03) and Wednesday (27/03) but had no response (I have checked spam too). They say that they will respond within 3 hours on their site but that has not happened. Have tried ringing but no response, sent fb message- no response. Still awaiting confirmation and payment. Very poor communication. Impossible to get hold of anyone on the telephone, fb and emails. No response from company..no cash in bank as promised. They have had my iPhone for 6 days now and I've not heard anything. Genuinely concerned. If I won’t receive any response till end of this week will be reporting this company to the Trading Standards and the Police. Very disappointed....”
