“Am currently waiting for payment. They have sent an email. With there terms and conditions they say the BACS transfer is done in 48 hours still waiting. This was a test with an iPhone 6 s the money is going to comic relief. I’ve sent comic relief a donation without receiving payment . Got 18 iPhone 7,8 and x left. But with this slow and unprofessional service I’m now a bit reluctant sending them the rest. I just want the payment for my 6 s now, they confirm they have it, they’ve reduced the offer and say they done a BACS payment. Still waiting for the cash. Wanted to sort out all the deals before comic relief night. That is not happening now. Disappointed, An update the BACS transfer has finally happened. I now have full payment”

“Fraudulent Charlatans - refused to pay or return my phone. Even the Director made false promises. Waiting since Christmas 2018 3 times they have lied saying money has been transferred. Then asked for the Bank details again promising that they would actually send money.”

“I sent my phone in January and this company confirmed that they had received my phone. However, Wil said my phone is locked to ICloud and he will send it back to me. I sent numerous emails with asking them to send my phone with insurance and also asked the tracking number but ever since they are ignoring me. It’s a shame as the money was supposed to be my son’s Christmas present. I believe that this company has stolen my phone like other people said.”
