“No hassle and straight forward”

“Phone convert have basically stolen my deceased fathers phone! They offered a fair price for the phone and as we were trying to raise money for my mother we sent in their pre post bag and they confirmed they had received it and that was the last communication we have had from them. Numerous emails and messages have been sent no telephone calls replied to. I am absolutely disgusted about the way they have treated my mother and are now trying to take this matter to court.”

Hi, I am sorry you feel this way but we do not steal phones and have replied to the email we received. We have also sent a new quote for the device on 4 occasion with no response and once accepted or rejected the phone will be paid for. “I sent my phones to them on the 20th January and after repetitive email requesting my phone or my money I got a reply and was sent money for 1 out of 2 phones and was told the other phone would be assessed and then I’d be sent my price, it’s been over a week and I’ve still not been emailed saying that my phone is being assessed.”

“Complete sham company, sent my phone on 18th January, still not had my phone or payment - nothing. Illegal company, please take this warning and avoid at all costs. My situation now been handled by my employers, firm of solicitors - very handy!!!”

“I sent my IPhone 5 to PhoneConvert it was nice and easy just applied on line a bag was sent to me to send the the phone to them. Everything was done in about one week very quick.”

“Sent my iPad last July and was messed around and ignored! After a lot of emails and letters they said they had lost my iPad and would make payment. Sent me email saying the had made payment. They still haven’t paid me! Absolute disgrace! They have basically stolen my iPad! This company should not be in business 😡😡”
