“Asked for an unusual sized frame to fit a signed limited edition print of Deal pier, plenty of styles and colours to choose from at great prices. I was worried about the mailing but it came extremely well wrapped and in one piece, hanging cord and fittings included, clear perspex came protected on both sides. All in all we are exceptionally pleased with the quality of the frame and the updates received on progress of making and dispatching the frame. First class.”

“Purchased a custom made shadow box frame to display a magazine article and actual flint tools I had found on the beach and the story was published. The frame is very nice quality. Thanks 👍”

“I ordered 2 x mounts to fit some artwork into a frame I already had. They fit perfectly, are of a high quality and are just what I needed. Communication and delivery also good. My only bit of feedback would be to use smaller packaging where possible. It was good the mounts were well wrapped and kept safe but the box was huge in comparison.”

“I have been using Picframes for the last 3 years for my wedding photography business in London and I have loved their products and services since the beginning but my recent order blew me away. O loved it!!! I like that they now add a wooden spacer to separate the glass from the actual picture. It makes is soo much better wen mounting pictures and also looks 10 times better. I highly recommend these guys. Not to forget their excellent communication as I received regular emails with updates on my product in relation to Covid delays. Well done guys!!!!”

“Delighted with my frame which was delivered promptly and extremely well packed. I particularly liked the facility to upload my own photo so I could see exactly what my embroidery would look like with different frames and mounts. Will certainly use Picframes again.”

“The picture frame we ordered arrived very quickly. We were kept updated with regular e mails. When it arrived it was well packaged but unfortunately one part of the otherwise perfect frame was damaged. We contacted Picfrsmes and were so impressed by their amazing customer service offering to either replace or refund. This is a really good efficient company with excellent customer service.”
