“Excellent website and ordering process, I found it very straight forward to detail my frame/mount requirements. Communications from Picframes were also very good, from processing my order, through to production and dispatch. The final product was delivered as expected and extremely well packaged, a made to measure frame and mount, fits my old (and very odd sized) photograph perfectly and I’m so pleased with how it all looks. Thank you for a super service!”

“Our local framers has been shut for ages due to Covid and I needed bespoke size frames for some pictures and posters that have been hanging around waiting to get framed all year. Took me ages to find somewhere online that catered to my needs. Super easy interface to use and select type of frame. I was paranoid about getting the measurements wrong so checked several times before submitting. The high quality well-made frames arrived within the agreed timeframe, well wrapped and protected, no damage or scratches at all and supplied with hanging string and attachments. It was easy to frame my pictures despite one of them being nearly A1 size - best to just clear a table and work carefully and gently with the frame resting on a blanket. They look superb on the wall and I will definitely use these guys again. Top Marks.”

“I've ordered 2 No W118 - 23mm wide pure matt white frames. Although it took a bit longer to receive the frames, but items arrived well packed and very pleased with the quality. Thank you!”

“Really happy with my frame, its perfect and it was so easy to order. I was kept unformed of my order's progress throughout even with mention from the company that turnaround may be a little delayed due to the new covid restrictions as staff needed time to look after kids etc, this made me even happier that I'd ordered from here. Ill be back!!”

“Very easy to navigate the website. Plenty of choice. Very pleased with the final product. Unfortunately I measured one wrong but with the sure fit guarantee it is being replaced, even though it’s my fault. Would definitely use this service again.”
