“I preferred a slim profile frame for a large painting. The custom frame of 24 x 17 inches provided, proved to be very sturdy and attractive, and compliments the picture perfectly. Very pleased with the end result.”

“Picture frames look attractive and are well made. I ordered three and they came promptly. I had an issue with one due to having a unusual proportioned poster size- very wide but short meant a lot of flexibility in the frame. This has been rectified by a replacement which was offered straight away, so I didn't have to figure out how to make it work which was a relief. Good customer service and I would definitely buy again from here.”

“Website very easy to use and clear on pricing structure, estimated delivery time given. Frames arrived within this time and were well packaged to prevent any damage, 1hour delivery slot to make it even easier. Frames excellent quality, pictures look fantastic. Will certainly use PicFrames again.”

“I'm happy with the mounts and I've ordered 4 double ones from you recently. the only trouble I'm finding is that when they arrive they are all fractionally bigger than the measurements I've given you so I've had to cut each one down individually (which was a bit of a pain as each one was a double mount). Overall I'm happy with the product and now the mounts are the correct size, they look super - thank you! (I would have given 'very good' if this hadn't been the case).”

“Just received 3 frames and mounts for things I've been meaning to frame for ages. The frames and mounts look great - I'm really pleased with them. Plus I they helped me fix a problem (my fault) with no fuss. Really good quality frames, even though I only chose from their cheaper range and won't hesitate to use them again.”
