“An excellent firm. Great communications as to how the order was progressing and swift delivery. The glazing had a small crack on arrival and was speedily replaced within two days. So pleased with how my picture looks now. Highly recommended.”

“I couldn’t find a suitable of the shelf frame for my photo, so an internet search found Picframes . They produced a lovely made to measure wood frame that truly compliments the photo it was made for. Thank you Picframes, so pleased with the product I am about to order 3 more made to measure frames 👍🏻 5 ⭐️ Delivery from date of order for a made to measure item was approx 2 weeks”

“On the face of it the offer is certainly in line with similar suppliers but for my needs there is a greater range of natural oak frames. I like the fact that the backs are MDF and a hanging kit is included FOC. In addition the first order wins a significant discount on following orders so the service is very good value. The quality of the oak frame is very good with tight joints and consistent grain quality throughout. My white mount came with a blemish - these things happen but I think it's important to flag this because of the way Pic Frames dealt with the issue. A replacement mount was immediately dispatched and I received it 24 hrs later ensuring I could still deliver the framed print on time. Great service and great quality. I will use them again. Just to qualify the delivery time - I placed the order during the Christmas holiday and the site was clear on the day production would recommence so I mew what to expect.”

“I ordered this made-to-order frame before the New Year. This company had excellent communication by email updating me on the ordering and manufacturing process. This was continued by their appointed courier DHL who also kept me updated about the delivery process. Overall excellent and I would use this service again.”
