“Had an unusual sized poster signed by John McGuinness the TT racer which needed a decent home. I ordered and received the frame within 7 days. The frame fit the picture perfectly. Now gracing "rogues gallery" on the stairs.”

“this is the second time I have purchased goods from this company and again I can say with confidence that I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future. they have been helpful efficient and competitive. unfortunately I made a mistake on my order and requested the wrong colour and size [completely my fault] but after contacting the company they were so helpful and resolved my problem much to my satisfaction so thank you.”

“Fantastic customer service from Mike and fast turn around to fit with short notice deadline. Just a shame delivery took a little longer than expected as was informed the courier forgot to pick up frame from the warehouse, so 24 hour paid delivery actually took 48 hours.”

“Every single order from Picframes has been spot on for accuracy and quality. The production time has always been a reliable 5 or 6 working days and the deliveries made within the 1 hour timeslot promised. It's a very good service and much better than using local suppliers who, in my area, are comparatively slow, inefficient and expensive.”
