“Frame back arrived without stand on back board, thought this option would have been standard as it is on frames I've purchased before. Was told it is a optional extra which was not obvious to me when completing the purchase. After speaking with customer services I was informed that if I wanted a stand the cost will now be £1.85 plus £5.99 postage, which is ridiculous. So I will have to find something else suitable to stand it up if I can. This option needs to be made more clear when placing a order.”
