“Was a little dubious about buying online as usually go to a framers - and wasn’t wholly convinced my measurements would translate to a professional outcome. How wrong I was. Amazing communications from the start, prompt delivery (even between Christmas) and a brilliant quality product that I am so happy with. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.”

“Very pleased with frame and service. When frame arrived despite excellent packaging it was damaged. As soon as I informed picframes and included photos I was told a replacement frame would be sent out. Received new frame in good order. excellent customer service and very helpful. will be using picframes again. Geoff Titman.”

“Frame was perfect. We went for the white stained which just showed a little of the wood grain coming through and it was definitely the right choice for us. When you start looking for custom frames you realise how reasonably priced this frame was in comparison to some others. Delivery was excellent, whilst no promises were made before Christmas, it did actually arrive a few days before, which was a bonus for us as what went in the frame was a christmas present. Would highly recommend.”

“Unfortunately the frames we ordered were either not quite as shown on the website or were not assembled very well. The other item we ordered was not in the package. We have emailed to let you know, so I'm sure it will be resolved, but not particularly impressed.”

“Ordered as a last minute surprise present for my son for Christmas to put two expensive much loved concert posters. Informed wouldn’t arrive until Jan. They arrived before Christmas and very good quality and good tracking to be in for there arrival will Defoe use again huge thank you”

“Very impressed with the recent frame we purchased. Communication after ordering was very good and the frame arrived on time. Because of COVID and the Christmas period we had a short time to wait but we were notified about this when ordering and the fame arrived on the date advised in time for Christmas. It was very well packaged including a double layer of protective film on the Perspex. The quality of the finish was good and we extremely pleased with it. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
